Four hours of integration assistance
This package includes 4 hours of our expert advice. This is more than enough time for us to help you configure
a typical workflow including a single automated query using automatically parsed data.
If you would like to go it alone, then we suggest you have a look at the instructions referenced at the top of this page.
Seven hours of integration assistance
This package includes 7 hours of our expert advice. With this much time, we can help write scripts, parse out complex
data, build fail-over queries to PACS and worklist. You'll be amazed.
General e-mail support
We have always provided free e-mail support. Although we can't make any promises about response time, we've managed to
handle most out-of-contract support requests within a few days.
One year of next-day support (maximum of 3 instances)
For installations where it is not imperative that you remain operational 24/7, we provide this non-urgent package of
three support tickets. Write to use at any time within the year, and we will respond and begin solving your issue
by the following business day. We usually do better than that! But, at this rate, we can't make any promises.
These support tickets expire one year after purchase.
One year of urgent support (maximum of 3 instances)
If your love for our software runs so deep that you can't bear the thought of going without for even a half a day, then
purchase this package of super urgent support tickets. We will respond and assist within 4 hours.
